Sustainability Assembly Show: Let’s Flip the Future! (Land Transport Authority)
28 September 2026
School Levels
Primary
Students will learn about sustainability, green commutes and how they can contribute to the environment!
Eco Agent Ally travels from a grim 2050 where rising seas, intense heat, and choking air pollution have reshaped Singapore.
She arrives in 2026, meets a Primary 5 student, Olla, and explains that she is from the future, sent to warn them that the world darkened because people kept choosing cars over greener options. She shows them haunting news clips of flooded streets and sweltering days, then teaches a rap that celebrates walking, cycling, and riding the bus — modes that keep us healthy and connect us to our neighbourhoods.
The skit hinges on audience interaction - the audience suggesting choices to help the characters avoid the villain Lord Lamegloom’s tricks.
As Lord Lamegloom plots to lure the audience into taking cars and making wasteful choices, the audience’s involvement determines whether Ally can steer the story toward a greener future — leaving the question hanging - will collective action be enough to outsmart the villain and rewrite our future?
