A video-making competition to target youths interested in video production to creatively express their understanding of the harms of drug abuse through making a short film.

Guardians of the City II Tournament (Singapore Discovery Centre)

Guardian of the City II (GOTC II) is a Total Defence strategy card game designed to help players develop a deeper understanding of Singapore’s security threats. It highlights how each individual has a part to play in keeping Singapore strong against new threats and how society can come together to prepare for, respond to and recover from crises.

LTA: Transport Ambassador Programme

The Transport Ambassador Programme (TAP) is a 3-part series designed to encourage students to embark on eco-friendly transport habits. Consisting of the assembly shows, roving exhibition and Green Commutes Challenge, schools are required to participate in all 3 programmes under TAP. Doing so qualifies for the School Green Awards by the Singapore Environment Council. Top performing schools in reducing car trips will also be recognised with a special achievement award.

NEmation Future Ready Digital Storytelling on Total Defence using AI (Singapore Discovery Centre)

N.E.mation! 2027 is Singapore’s national digital animation competition that invites youths to express their perspectives on Total Defence through creative digital storytelling. As Singapore prepares to undertake its role in supporting the nation’s ASEAN Chairmanship, this edition also encourages students to consider how individual acts of responsibility and resilience contribute to both national security and broader regional cooperation.

President's Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards

The President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards is the pinnacle award and platform to recognise individuals, organisations and leaders and cross-sector partnerships that have achieved excellence in giving. These awards represent the highest honour for giving to the community and are conferred by the President of the Republic of Singapore. It is organised annually by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), with support from the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY).

Student Archivist Project 2026

SAP is an oral history project organised by the Founders’ Memorial and National Museum of Singapore (NMS) in which student interviewers collect personal stories from senior interviewees about specific themes such as housing, public health policies etc.

The Sustainability Youth Festival

The Sustainability Youth Festival (TSYF) is designed to be a platform for youths to learn about sustainability issues in an accessible and engaging way. It offers a space that aims to break down the barriers to understanding sustainability as a topic through hands-on activities, and for youths to network and learn from professionals in the sector who are passionate about making a difference.
