Sign up for this free workshop to help students think critically about generative A.I. tools like ChatGPT and use the S.U.R.E. steps to spot A.I.-generated content.

Explore the pros and cons of generative A.I. in as students discover the creative potential and ethical challenges associated with popular platforms such as ChatGPT and Midjourney. Through this interactive workshop, students will be empowered with insights to become more responsible users of technology.

Details

This workshop can be conducted either physically or digitally. Participants are recommended to have their smartphones or PLDs as they will be engaged with interactive activities conducted via the Kahoot! platform.

Learning Objectives

Students will Learn about the basic functions of A.I. language models and image generators, learn about the advantages and disadvantages of such platforms, and apply the S.U.R.E. steps to assess suspected A.I. generated text or images.
