Workshops in the Dark
After experiencing activities/challenges in total darkness, participants will deepen their learning and explore themes related to empathy, diversity & inclusion, teambuilding and enhancing communication skills, depending on the needs of the client.
Details
The experiential activities will be conducted entirely in complete darkness at Dialogue in the Dark Singapore, removing visual cues to encourage participants to rely on instinct, sound, and trust. This sensory shift fosters vulnerability, reflection, and genuine connection—key ingredients in building inclusivity.
Participants will explore how individual differences and group dynamics influence team effectiveness, and learn how to apply these insights to real-world environments. This is not just a workshop—it’s a powerful journey into the unseen dimensions of teamwork, where clarity, empathy, and adaptability become essential tools.
