This exhibition will focus on the history and evolution of Singapore’s iconic Nanyang breakfast. It will also trace the changes in its preparation and ingredients over the years, and how Nanyang breakfast has shaped kopitiam culture and Singapore’s breakfast traditions.

Learning Objectives: Participants will learn about the distinctiveness of Singapore Chinese culture and experience a new way of learning out of the classroom.

Target Audience: Sec 1 to 4/5, Post-Sec (JC/Poly/ITE)
