Station Vibrancy Programme: Spotlight in Transit
A one-time activation with real public impact – ideal for schools exploring what community engagement can look like. Give your students a real-world stage – and a meaningful reason to be proud of their community.
Spotlight in Transit is a school partnership programme that brings students’ work and talent to life at MRT stations during Singapore’s major festive occasions – Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, National Day, Deepavali, and Christmas. Whether through live performances, interactive activities, craft or storytelling, your students share their culture and creativity with thousands of commuters, turning a familiar public space into a meaningful extension of the classroom. For teachers, it is a ready-made platform to bring curriculum to life in public context – supporting 21st CC development, VIA hours and student well-being goals into a high impact and low effort engagement where the themes are festive-based and your school decides how to respond.
