Into the Hawkerverse introduces Singapore's Hawker Culture as an important part of Singapore's food heritage and way of life to children. Embark on a self-guided visit with your students to learn more about Singapore's first inscription to the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2020.

This programme comes with a Discovery Booklet for each student. Teachers are encouraged to guide students through the galleries with the booklet and students can explore all galleries in the museum within 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Learning Objectives: Students will find out more about local dishes that became Singapore's signature dishes, and learn to appreciate the uniqueness of hawker centres in Singapore.
